The menu shown below is a SAMPLE menu, to illustrate typical choices.

Chestnut mushrooms, smoked feta, chickpea, tomato chutney

Caramelised king scallops, heritage carrots, carrot top pesto, Parmesan (£4 supp)

Smoked trout, marinated salmon, quail egg, pickles, horseradish cream

Lobster & king prawn cocktail, pickled cucumber, spiced mayonnaise

Duck & orange parfait, duck leg, plum compote, sourdough

Oak smoked salmon, beetroot gravadlax, radish, quail egg, horseradish cream, pickled beets



Main Courses


Traditional roast Goosnargh turkey, creamed sprouts, sausage, bacon, cranberries

Fillet of beef, mushrooms fricassee, Nicky Nook blue cheese (£8 supp)

Loin of venison, potato boulangère, charred cauliflower, blackberries

Roast Goosnargh duck breast, stuffing, sausage & cranberries & orange

Halibut fillet, new potatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, red wine sauce
