Portobello mushroom, confit onions, goats’ cheese, chive oil 

Caramelised king scallops, cauliflower, golden raisin (£4 supp)

Chicken liver parfait, apple & date chutney, focaccia

Warm Chalk stream trout, celeriac remoulade, crispy capers

Roasted tomato & red pepper soup, basil oil
 


Main Courses
Roast prime beef Sirloin, Yorkshire pudding. crispy onions

Roast lamb rump, peas, mint, boulangère potato

Halibut, carrot & ginger, spring onion, lemon

Fillet steak, Yorkshire blue cheese sauce (£6 supp)

Sticky ginger pudding, Stem ginger ice cream

Pistachio cake, liquorice & blackcurrant ice cream

White chocolate cheesecake, rhubarb & blood orange
