The menu shown below is a SAMPLE menu, to illustrate typical choices.

This menu will not be finalised until New Year's Day morning.

Starters

Caramelised king scallops, heritage carrots, carrot top pesto (£4 supp)

Crispy lamb breast, golden beets, feta, sunflower seeds

 Roasted Portobello mushroom & goats cheese, rocket pesto

Marinated smoked salmon & trout, fennel pollen, orange, quail egg, horseradish cream

 Duck & orange parfait, preserved pears, sourdough toast

 Jerusalem artichoke veloute, mushrooms & truffle oil

 

 



Main Courses

 

Fillet of beef, mushrooms & peppercorn sauce (£8 supp)

Loin of venison, potato boulangère, charred cauliflower, cranberries

Ox cheeks, Hoxton stout, pickled onions, prunes, horseradish potatoes

Roast Goosnargh duck breast, celeriac, spiced chickpeas, red cabbage

 Halibut fillet, new potatoes, creamed lentils
