Duck and orange parfait, preserved pears, sourdough toast

Portobello mushroom & goats cheese, rocket pesto

Caramelised king scallops, heritage carrots, carrot top pesto, Parmesan (£4 supp)

Crispy lamb breast, golden beets, feta, sunflower seeds

 Smoked trout, marinated salmon, quail egg, pickles, horseradish cream, fennel pollen

 Celeriac & apple soup

Roast sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, boulangere potatoes

Ox cheeks, Hoxton stout, pickled onions, prunes, horseradish potatoes

Roast Goosnargh duck breast, celeriac, cranberry, red cabbage

Turbot fillet, new potatoes, creamed lentils

Fillet of beefsteak, peppercorn sauce (£8 supp)




Warm chocolate brownie, clotted ‘iced’ cream

Salted caramel trifle, apple sorbet, Pedro Ximenez sherry cream

Blood orange & lemon meringue cake, Cointreau ice cream

Pistachio cake, blackberries, blackcurrant & liquorice ice cream

Pink grapefruit posset, granola, Champagne sorbet
